Caister Lifeboat was paged by HM Coastguard at 11:49hrs to reports of a motor cruiser with steering problems off Winterton. The vessel, Osprey, had one person on board. The lifeboat was launched at 11.57hrs, arrived on scene at 12:04hrs and had the vessel on tow by 12:11hrs which was then towed safely to Great Yarmouth harbour and tied up opposite the Town Hall.
